Shipping and Return Policy

 

• You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are required with an adult signature, all delivery carriers will ask and check for identification upon delivery.


• Customers must be responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws. Non-California residents are responsible for determining if their state or county laws allow alcohol.


• All items are shipped from our location, in Mira Loma CA. We cannot ship to PO Boxes APO or FPO. We Do not ship outside of U.S. and the following states: (AK) Alaska, (MA) Massachusetts, (TN) Tennessee, (UT) Utah, (WV) West Virginia


• Our shipping charges are determined by the combination of total weight, number of packages, and shipping method.

 

• There are no refunds or returns unless approved and 10% restocking fee is added for any cancellation. The shipping cost is not refunded for any reason.

 

• If you do not purchase shipping insurance, we are not liable for lost or damaged items. So very important to buy insurance if you want to secure your package.

 

• We try our best and pack everything securely as possible. If you encounter any damaged product take pictures and email us immediately, it will go under further investigation and will be routed to our insurance.


• Leaks are not considered a damaged product and we are not responsible for leaks. At times leaks may occur due to the bottle structure or the way the manufacturer bottles it. We will notify the supplier if it happens repeatedly.


• We try to keep the most updated labels but distilleries may change their labels at times without notice. Their may be times we are unaware and don’t update our pictures.


• Suppliers may or may not include the box. Please Contact the merchant if you can make a request for the box.


• Please check the address carefully for incorrect address or typo before you place an order.

• During periods of extreme weather, we attempt to ship wines at the beginning of each week in order to get shipments to you before the weekend, being the reason the lack of control over the temperature conditions at our freight carriers' warehouses.
